Such a cute little house. Was a perfect fit for our stay and family. Neighborhood was fine. We stayed during a snow storm and the place was super warm inside. Everything was very clean, smelled clean. Communication with hoste was pleasant. I’d stay again!

The kitchen is sparsely supplied. I think the 89 property damage fee is ridiculous. We stayed there before and did not cause any damage.

Beautiful decor with many amenities

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.Only downfall was our group of 4 people stayed 5 nights and there was only one kitchen towel, 2 face cloths, 3 hot tub towels. 4 bath towels and 2 hand towels.Description did not include the fireplace which was very welcome and appreciated.Furniture was of exceptional quality.Superior quality of condo was a great value for money.Would highly recommend.

Very clean and easy to access to everything.

Property was very clean and easy to find. The front door lock was hard to lock/unlock and the neighborhood was mixed between new homes and much older townhomes/apartments. The hot tub was great and they even had towels for us to use in the laundry room. Carpet needs to be replaced on stairs and upstairs in the bedrooms. Overall, great property for the price.

The property host was very accommodating and helpful. She communicated extremely well. The accommodations were very home-like. Very clean, plenty of comforts, and was easy to travel via GPS in both Jeffersonville and Louisville. We went to enjoy a weekend at Kentucky Kingdom and was a perfect fit. The hot tub was very clean and easy to use. The beds were comfortable and felt like new. The linens were clean. The kitchen had everything in it that we needed the prepare meals. The bathrooms were very clean and had plenty of extra supplies. Washer and dryer were also very clean, like new. We arrived late, it was already dark, but the instructions to enter were very clear, so it wasn’t difficult at all to gain entry. The neighborhood is very quite and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again!! And Renee is a lovely hostess!!!
