The room was nice. However, the ceiling/floor above creaked everything the person in the room above walked around. The shower was horrible. Luke warm warm at best and no water pressure. I had to point the shower head straight out in order for the water to rise out my hair.

We booked this location for the use of the pool. This is the second Hilton property in a row that we have stayed at where the pool was closed. It was not noted on the Expedia site that the pool was closed. As the staff member stated it is noted at the front desk upon entry of the property, however we arrived at appx. 9p.m. and booked a no cancelation reservation theough a third party booking site which limits our options after traveling nearly two hundred miles from home. I do expect more from this brand, but am learning to expect less. Thank you for your time.

Room & hotel was clean and all is relatively new. Reminder to bring your white noise machine if insomniac, as hotel is in flight path from Louisville Airport, with UPS flights taking off every 5-7 minutes between 11 PM and 1 AM. Usually can counter this with running fan on room heat/air unit, but not an option at Tru.

We chose this hotel because of the indoor pool as our grandchildren like the diversion. The pool was closed. We were so disappointed that we chose a different hotel. And Hotels.com, there booking agent, gave us a whole $25 back. Ridiculous.
