The primary bedroom walks out to the rear patio which features a high end Jacuzzi hot tub that seats 5-6. The rest of the first floor features an open floor plan with a both a formal and informal living room. A large dining room, updated kitchen with Sub Zero fridge and GE Monogram appliances. There is an updated half bathroom off the entry hall. There is also an entertaining room with wet bar, ice maker and pool table off the kitchen which leads out to the large patio with outdoor kitchen and private entertaining area. 4 LED TV's on the first floor.
