Arcadas de Moura - Two V2 Houses in Vilamoura integrated into a single accommodation with 4 bedrooms, two living rooms with sofa beds and two kitchens, with capacity for 12 people and a spacious shared garden between the two houses, ideal for two families or groups of friends.

Located in a quiet residential area of Vilamoura, 4 km from Vilamoura beach and 3 km from Vilamoura Marina. These accommodations have a total of 400 m² of useful area.
The houses are located next to each other, but are not rented separately, being the perfect set for those who want to be together... but with some privacy.
It is perfect for families or large groups who wish to enjoy a comfortable, spacious space with outdoor areas ideal for moments of socialising and relaxation.

ROOMS: 4 rooms in total (2 per dwelling), with each dwelling having:
1 room with two single beds and 1 room with two single beds.

ROOMS: 1 Living and dining room per accommodation, spacious and bright, both with double sofa bed and television.

KITCHENS: Each accommodation has 1 independent kitchen, fully equipped with: fridge, microwave, cooker, oven, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle and juice machine.

BATHROOMS: Bathrooms distributed across the two houses. There is a bathroom with a shower on the ground floor in both houses. Two en-suite bathrooms on the first floor in one of the houses and a bathroom with a bathtub on the first floor of the other house, in total there are 5 bathrooms in both properties.

EXTERIOR: Spacious grassy garden with outdoor furniture, enclosed space ideal for families with children, terrace for outdoor meals, barbecue and outdoor parking in the same building for one vehicle.

LOCATION: Located in a quiet residential area of Vilamoura, this house is near cafés, restaurants and supermarket (less than 1 km), 2 km from the prestigious Old Course golf course, 3 km from Vilamoura Marina and 4 km from Vilamoura Beach. It is also close to attractions such as Aquashow (7 km) and Zoomarine (22 km), and just 26 km from Faro Airport.

These two houses offer the ideal combination of proximity and privacy. Perfect for relaxed holidays with family or friends, in the central Algarve area, it is the starting point to enjoy the best the region has to offer.

Note: Our property requires a deposit of 500 €. Close to the check-in date, a request is sent to block the deposit on the credit card.

Parties are not allowed and the quiet hours between 11 pm and 7 am must be respected.

According to the municipal regulation, each guest shall pay a tourist tax of two euros between 01 April and 31 October and one euro from 01 November to 31 March, to be charged up to a maximum of five consecutive nights for all guests aged 13 years or older. The tourist tax amount is not included in the reservation value.
