On the opposite side, a capacious living room awaits, complete with an inviting open fireplace. This inviting living space seamlessly transitions into a refined dining area, adorned with a generously proportioned table for six. Beyond the living room, a delightful terrace beckons, offering tasteful outdoor furnishings that overlook a splendid garden and an inviting swimming pool. To enhance privacy, the pool area is discreetly separated from the rest of the garden by a transparent barrier, enveloped by mature pine trees.
