Spacious, detached villa with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and private pool, located in a green valley, in the countryside of Alte, overlooking a beautiful orchard. This beautiful villa is perfect for having the holiday of a lifetime with a group of friends or family. The river beach of Alte is 5 km away.

Equipped with central heating, fireplace, outdoor kitchen with BBQ and a swimming pool of almost 15 meters long, the house has everything to make it to your liking, includind internet service by fibre.

Located on a plot of 5,000 m² and with a living area of ​​320 m², the villa offers privacy and space. This combined with the location on the orchard, in the countryside of Alte, with a view over the orchard, you will experience the ultimate holiday feeling here.

You enter the estate through an electric gate, where there is private parking for 3 to 4 cars. The garden is enclosed by a wall and fence. A path takes you to the imposing front door, after which you enter the large hall. You will immediately experience how spacious this villa is.
The hall provides access to almost all areas and an elegant staircase with automatic lighting along the step leads to the first floor. The turned steel with which the staircase is finished is really beautiful.

Through 2 French doors from the hall you enter the living room where you have a direct view (through the 3 glass fronts) over the swimming pool, the beautiful garden and the huge orchard where the villa is located. The living room also has a large TV with satellite reception for all your favorite channels. The house is also nicely furnished and there is a fireplace and central heating. Through a bar you enter the dining room; a round hall of 5 meters in diameter and 4.5 meters high, you experience the feeling of a castle tower. You then enter the kitchen of more than 30m² where there is a fully equipped and fully equipped kitchen on 3 walls.

Through the kitchen you enter the utility room which is also over 20m². Here is a washing machine, dryer, large extra freezer and a 2nd refrigerator. There is also a storage cupboard with an ironing board and a wireless vacuum cleaner.

Furthermore, on the ground floor there are 3 spacious bedrooms of 22m² each. When you go up the graceful staircase you will find the largest bedrooms of the house upstairs. The master is 25m² with an ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet and access to a large terrace overlooking the garden with the pool and orchard. The other bedroom is spacious
30m² and it also has a kitchen, table and sofa. This room also has direct access through a glass front to the spacious roof terrace of almost 40m². Both upstairs bedrooms also have a wall mounted TV.

The 1st floor is also accessible from the garden via an outside staircase, you then walk onto the terrace and through the terrace you can enter both bedrooms. There is also a staircase to the roof terrace, which has solar panels that provide you with hot water.

The garden is beautiful. This was built 10 years ago and is full of mature trees, flowers and shrubs several meters high. There are also fig, olive, almond and carob trees on the land. There is a lawn and the large swimming pool with an outside shower. There is a lovely sun terrace around the pool. The terrace is partly covered at the back and side by a porch supported by ornate columns.

There is a large outdoor kitchen with a built-in BBQ and counter with sink. Ideal for cooking outside and building indelible memories with good company. The many outdoor lighting makes it a true spectacle in the evening.

Next to the house is also an annex, herein is the 4th bathroom with a toilet and shower; ideal so that you do not have to walk through the house with wet feet or if you have been to the beach that you can shower there without making a mess inside. There is also storage space for sunbeds, umbrellas and pool toys.

The house is located in a quiet valley, yet you are within 10 minutes by car at several Portuguese restaurants and supermarkets. The center of Alte is 5 minutes by car. Alte is a lovely picturesque village with a number of good restaurants, supermarkets and a medieval building. There is also a waterfall and from the mountain where the village is located you have a beautiful view over a number of vineyards.

For the beach it is a 25 minute drive to the beaches of Albufeira. In 20 minutes you can reach the center of Albufeira, where there is a range of restaurants, bars and activities. A stay in this house is a stay in total tranquility in the countryside, but with the lively Algarve around the corner.

A 6-minute drive will take you to Rocha de Pena, where you can take a beautiful walk over a plateau. This walk is only 7 km but is famous for its beauty and diversity of portuguese nature. Really worth doing. There are also a wide range of walks to do in the area. Cyclists are also completely at home here. In Alte there is a true bicycle café and a starting point for organized bicycle tours.
There are also several golf courses within a fifteen minute drive and dozens within 30 minutes. Or visit the mill or the castle of Paderne. Do a safari tour or rent a quad. Prefer to relax by the pool? Everything is possible at this location.

We had a lovely time and the house and pool surely played its part in that. Our kids were always in the pool even straight after breakfast! We loved the house and it was so spacious, well decorated and had everything we needed including a lovely bbq area. I would highly recommend Casa do Pomar.
