Fully refurbished villa, 3 + 1 Bedroom, 4 bathrooms, Private Pool, Jacuzzi, Pool table . Casa Verde is a luxury, newly fitted out villa located in the area of Vilamoura in the Algarve. A short distance away from the Vilamoura Hilton and Pinhal golf club house. It has recently undergone a full refurbishment internally and externally. The villa is of a similar design to Casa Oakdene and Casa Laranjal (our other 2 villas) but maybe even a little bit better…. The villa has 3 bedrooms, all Ensuite, two of which sleep 2 (which can be made up as king size or singles to suit your needs). The third bedroom is big enough to sleep 3 and can be made as 3 singles or a king size plus a single. It has a beautiful open plan living area with sofa seating, TV, modern kitchen and dining area. There is a 4th family bathroom too. There is a first floor sun terrace, plus a Roof top sunset terrace. The kitchen is newly fitted with dishwasher, microwave, ovens, family fridge freezer and all the equipment you need to enjoy a self catering holiday. There is an attached utility room containing another fridge-freezer and washing machine, iron and ironing board. The lower ground floor contains a pool table, a table tennis table, TV with Netflix and an Xbox console. It can also sleep up to 5 people in full beds . There is a also a double sofa bed. There is air conditioning in all bedrooms, common areas and in the lower ground floor. Externally there is a newly landscaped garden & pool area. An Ibiza style terrace with seating for 8 - 10 people with BBQ area, sunbeds by the pool, plenty of shaded areas and additional lounge seating by the pool area. There is a hot tub available (at additional cost) and should you wish to stay during the cooler months, pool heating is also available (at additional cost). The property is secured with a 6 foot perimeter fence and electric gates with free street parking plus 1 secure parking space on property. The villa has a full alarm system, plus a safe in each bedroom to keep your valuables secure. We are a 30 min walk or very short taxi away from the beautiful Marina. There are dozens of restaurants to choose from, bars, clubs, cafes & shops. You can find something suitable whether you are a big group of golfers or a family. The villa is located very close to the Hilton Vilamoura. The Vilamoura road train pulls up very close to the villa and can take you to the Marina, Beach, Mini Golf & other places through the Vilamoura areas. Golf courses are ample and very local as well as a tennis club. The beaches are down by the Marina and served by the Vilamoura train which stops at multiple places along the way. The beach is beautiful and sandy and has some lovely restaurants. You can rent sunbeds on the beach for about 10 Euros each. The villa is very child friendly. We have a removable pool fence which you can use if you have young children, to give peace of mind that they cannot access the pool. We have recently fitted stair gates too. We have a lower ground area all set up for kids with beds, sofas, bean bags, fun cushions all set up with an entertainment area with TV, DVD player, Netflix, Xbox games console, a Pool Table & Table Tennis table. During your stay at this villa, you're just a quick walk from Dom Pedro Golf: Pinhal Golf Course. An outdoor pool, a hot tub, and laundry facilities are available. Free WiFi and a private pool are available in the villa.
