This lovely 1-bedroom apartment is centrally situated in the renowned marina of Vilamoura, with its trendy bars and restaurants. The marina is perfect for a gentle stroll in the winter sun or something livelier during the summer months. There is something to suit everybody.

The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, a substantial living area with a sleeping sofa and a dining area. From there you can go to the cosy little balcony overlooking the marina of Vilamoura, perfect to rewind after a long day at the golf course, enjoying the beach or strolling in the marina.

## Neighborhood

Just a 5-minute drive or a 30-minute walk from the apartment, you have the famous Falesia beach, one of the best beaches in the Algarve. It stretches from Vilamoura to the popular resort of Olhos de Agua, situated near Albuferia.

Just 5 minutes from Vilamoura is Quarteira, a Portuguese coastal town with its' long sandy beach, backed by tall white buildings. The original fishing community remains, and freshly caught fish is served at eateries along the palm-lined promenade of Avenida Infante de Sagres. Quarteira's weekly market has stalls selling items such as handbags and clothing.

This apartment is situated in the centre of the Algarve, giving you perfect access to explore. The popular Aquashow theme park is just a short drive from the condo in Quarteira.

If you come to the Algarve regularly or if it's your first time, this is the perfect place for you to relax or explore some of the beautiful Portuguese cultures.

## Transit

Buses and trains do not go very often, and a (rental) car is recommended. Should you decide not to hire a car, a bus stop close to the apartment will take you into the town and also links up with the main bus routes throughout the Algarve and Lisbon.
