The property has 4 spacious suites:



Ground floor: three suites with direct access to the exterior — two facing the pool, each with a private bathroom with shower and ceiling fan, and one facing the side garden, with a bathroom equipped with a bathtub.

First floor: the master suite, spacious and bright, with direct access to a furnished balcony with outdoor sofas and a stunning view of the garden and golf course. The bathroom has a shower and bathtub, and the suite also features a small room equipped with a sofa bed, ideal for children.



All rooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning, ensuring maximum comfort at any time of the year.



The social area stands out for its spacious and bright room, with several windows, comfortable sofas and direct connection to the terrace, where the outdoor dining area and swimming pool are located. Inside, the dining room also communicates with the exterior, creating a harmonious environment between spaces.



The fully equipped kitchen offers all the necessary comfort, including two combined refrigerators, washing machine, dishwasher, two coffee machines (one for capsules and another for filter), toaster, juicer, magic wand and electric kettle.

According to the municipal regulation, each guest shall pay a tourist tax of two euros between 01 April and 31 October and one euro from 01 November to 31 March, to be charged up to a maximum of five consecutive nights for all guests aged 13 years or older. The tourist tax value is not included in the reservation price.

This villa offers its guests barbecue grills and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
