With 450 m² of living space set within 1,400 m² of landscaped grounds, Casa Velha comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. The private garden, shaded terraces, and barbecue area are perfect for long, leisurely meals and relaxed evenings under the stars.



Inside, contemporary comfort meets easy living. The open-plan kitchen comes fully equipped with induction cooktop, dishwasher, coffee machine and all essentials for family dining. High-speed WiFi and air conditioning ensure everyone feels at home, while bright, spacious interiors create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.



Children can play safely within the fenced grounds, while adults unwind on the terrace or enjoy the quiet rhythm of the countryside. Two covered parking spaces add convenience, and the villa’s location offers easy access to both the charming streets of Loulé and the coast beyond.



Casa Velha does not accept pets or youth groups, but offers a serene, family-friendly environment that makes it ideal for multi-generational gatherings or groups of friends. The pool can be heated at a cost of €200 per booking.
