Located at the end of Golf Village, the property benefits from greater privacy as it is semi-detached on only one side, providing a more reserved and quiet environment, ideal for relaxing with family or friends.
The house is completely single-storey, practical and comfortable, offering an excellent distribution of interior and exterior spaces.
It has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms:
– 1 suite bedroom with a double bed, single sofa bed and private bathroom with shower
– 1 suite bedroom with two single beds and private bathroom with shower
– 1 bedroom with two single beds
There is still a third bathroom with a shower, ideal for supporting the third bedroom and the common areas of the house.
