The Portland Apartment is a modern and spacious T2 (accommodates 4+3 guests), located on the fourth floor of a complex with an elevator in Vilamoura, famous for its golf courses and marina. Perfect for couples or friends, it is an excellent choice for a holiday in the Algarve.



The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, and other essential appliances. The master bedroom, with a double bed, has a private bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom, also en-suite, has two single beds. There is also a service bathroom near the comfortable living/dining room.



The bedrooms, living room, and kitchen have access to a spacious balcony, equipped with a table, chairs, and a relaxing area, ideal for enjoying outdoor meals and appreciating the view.



The apartment has air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room, as well as free Wi-Fi. The complex has a large common swimming pool surrounded by lawns.



The location is excellent, close to supermarkets, bars, and restaurants (5 minutes by car). The nearest beach is 2.5 km away, and the prestigious Dom Pedro Pinhal Golf Course is nearby, ideal for golf lovers. Aquashow, one of the largest water parks in Europe, is just 10 minutes by car.



Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).



Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

Please return the keys to the lockbox before leaving. Ensure it is fully closed and the code scrambled. We appreciate your cooperation.
Before leaving, please turn off all lights, A/C units and non-essential equipment. Thank you for supporting energy sustainability.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
