Great place

Lovely recently renovated place. Very responsive agent- flat was missing a cutting board for the beautiful worktops - we bought one and left it. Also sink strainer did not fit and hold water so we washed dishes in a pot. ( there were only 2 pots). Door entry keys very difficult- agent was very patient with us. Suggest simplifying the locks. .

The view is everything

The view was the only good thing about the apartment. It was difficult to enjoy because of the LOUD painters working on the building. The electrical was spotty at best. The power kept tripping off when we would have on a light and wanted to run the coffee machine and toast at the same time.

The stay was excellent

the only issue would be the building upkeep. now with an expensive elevator upgrade out of the way, the strata needs to next focus on the envelope and exterior surface off the physical building, like some of the other strata sections on that block and the one west of it. The plaza below is not kept to European or North American expectations. Within the walls of the unit, we were very pleased that reality matched the photos. We loved the huge TV for the Champions League games that we connected our computer for via HDMI. Fantastic. Also used it as a second monitor for some 'work on the road' moments. All in the all, I would like ot say that I would rent it again. IF not I would still refer it to my friends despite the condition of the plaza below. The overnight moon light on the ocean is priceless.

Great place

This is a very nice & comfortable apartment overlooking the sea. The beds, were very comfortable & the location was great. Nice towels & the kitchen had all the equipment you could need. However, there are no extras such as a coffee pod or even salt.
