An original Quinta with large private pool and gardens but with all modern amenities.

Owned by Simon and Pip, a retired British couple, great care has been taken to maintain the original Quinta style whilst ensuring that all modern amenities are available. The main Quinta has two double bedrooms, each of which contains two double beds. There is a bathroom with bath, shower, bidet and twin sinks.
Air conditioning in the kitchen and bedrooms, under floor heating, and an open fire cover all temperature needs. Lashings of hot water (solar powered)
There is a lounge with "sink into" comfy sofas. High speed broadband, TV and Sonos Sound for entertainment. IPTV provides a full package of entertainment, with all manner of channels and films on the off chance you're not lazing by the pool!
The kitchen contains all you could possibly need and a marble dining table in the hallway adds a classy touch for indoor dining.
Did we forget to mention a separate downstairs loo and office area?
We also have a completely self contained separate annexe with its own kitchen, bedroom (double bed) and bathroom with spacious shower, toilet and sink.
Outside is a large pool deliberately unheated as it gets so hot!! The pool area is completely private.
Quality parasols and sun loungers sit by the pool and a shaded pergola with sofas and chairs keep you comfortable. In addition, there is a barbecue next to the bougainvillea and vine covered seating area for outdoor dining.
Behind the pool area sits a gorgeous grassed tropical garden with lush vegetation and palm trees - so plenty of outdoor space. The property is completely private and walled and fenced all round. Electric gates provide additional security.
Alfontes is a small village which sits on the edge of the countryside. The ever popular Loopers bar is a 50 metre stroll down the hill, Portuguese bar "Bangers" a five minute walk, and the lovely restaurant Juniper a 15 minute walk away. There is a mini market for basic needs, though Lidl and Aldi are but a 5 minute drive away.
Vilamoura and its lively marina and buzzing nightlife is a 12 minute drive or 10 euro Uber. Quinta do Lago and Val do lobo 20 - 25 minutes away. For the golf lovers, you're right on the door step of some of the best courses in Europe.
Loule is a about 10 minutes away and offers a bustling indoor market, cobbled streets, independent shops, bars and restaurants.

As a guest of this villa, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
