Beautiful home

We had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful villa. Very quiet and peaceful location, both the house and grounds were ideal for a relaxing break. The villa itself was spacious and spotless with a great pool and gardens.

Great but ageing property

The size of this house was perfect for our group, great communal areas both inside and outside that enabled us to socialise easily as a group. The property could probably do with some updating, particularly the en suite bathroom. It would be great to also have some furniture on the roof terrace to allow that area to be used as the view is beautiful from up there. In terms of facilities, a new kettle is desperately needed. Also, there was nothing in terms of cleaning products other than 1/4 bottle of washing up liquid. It would have been nice to have been able to clean bathroom sinks etc but to do this we would have had to buy products we would not have fully used. There was no welcome pack, some cupboard staples would have been appreciated: oil, salt, pepper etc. We had to buy these and then leave 90% behind us. However, the hosts were very accommodating allowing us to arrive early and stay late to suit our flights and this was much appreciated. They were also very prompt to respond when we had an issue with the plumbing. All in all, I would recommend this property for size & location.

Perfect getaway!

Perfect villa for a family getaway with 2 young children! House was spacious and pool was the perfect size and depth for the little ones to enjoy without the grown ups worrying, also big garden space! Great location, close to the airport, supermarkets and lots of beaches and lovely restaurant. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful Quiet Villa

Beautiful Villa, with a lovely pool and gardens not far from all the essentials you need. Really impressed with the property and the facilities when we stayed there. Communication from the owner was brilliant and really quick responses when we did have any questions. Only thing missing would have been some written instructions on how to use the appliances, general property use and maybe some local area information. Luckily we know the area reasonably well, but always good to here what others have to say.

A great place to relax and unwind with family and friends

We spent a lovely week in this villa with family and our friends joined us for part of it , there was plenty of space and areas to relax in . We enjoyed cooking in the bbq and eating in the outside terrace . The pool and garden were great , a lovely roof terrace too , which I can imagine spending time in when it’s a bit cooler . We hope to return one day . Would definitely recommend this villa .

This is a great isolated and private villa with views from the roof and nice big garden and pool.

The villa was clean and well equipped and easy to find and finally got in through the very secure gates,shutters etc. There was no written instructions/inventory should anything go wrong! One important item missing was the lack of Internet, also the DVD player did not work and we had a problem with the TV Satellite, some one came but could not sort it out. In the second week the electric gates failed to operate so we couldn't get out, eventually found the key to isolate the gate motors and get out opening the gates manually, it would have been helpful as to where the key was kept. The pool was nice and clean and lawns well manicured . Kitchen well equipped apart from defective toaster there was a good supply of bedding/towels etc.

Gepflegtes Haus in ruhige Umgebung

Der Aufenthalt war super. Die Besitzer Elodie und Alfredo waren tolle Gastgeber ,waren sehr entgegendkommend als wir ein Problem mit der Matratze hatten (neuen Topper gekauft) Ansonsten ist das Anwesend sehr gepflegt , man merkt das es Ihnen am Herzen hängt und wir haben dort nichts vermisst.

Wunderschönes Haus mit schönem Pool

Wunderschönes Haus mit einem tollen Pool. Ein schöner Garten und sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Terrasse auf dem Dach ist toll. Die Veranda ist klasse, da dort tagsüber fast immer Schatten ist und man dort auch locker 3 Sonnenliegen platzieren kann. Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war gut. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht. Küchenutensilien wie Öl, Salz, Pfeffer sollte man allerdings mitbringen oder sich vor Ort besorgen, empfehlenswert wäre auch ein Spüllappen und ein Handtuch, sowie Taps für die SpülmaschIne ( 2 waren vor Ort). Mit Loule‘ ist eine kleine Stadt in der Nähe wo man alles findet, dort gibt es auch einen Lidl mit einer tollen Auswahl an Brötchen, Croissants usw.! Die nächsten Strände sind in 25 Minuten erreichbar, uns hat der Strand Praia dos Tomates sehr gut gefallen, dort gibt es auch einen großen Parkplatz, ganz nahe am Strand mit den herrlichen roten Felsen. Ein Ausflug nach Lagos inclusive einer Kanutour zur Erkundung der Höhlen Ponta Piedade ist sehr zu empfehlen. Uns hat das wunderschöne Haus und die ruhige Lage sehr gut gefallen, es war einfach rundum perfekt, wir können dies bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen!

Une pépite

Nous avons séjourné dans la villa du 29/04 au 11/05/22 avec 2 enfants de 7 et 12 ans. Nous avons été encore plus agréablement surpris de la qualité de l’hébergement. L’accès à la maison est très facile. La clé est dispo à l’entrée avec un code Enfin un propriétaire qui propose un bien de qualité très bien entretenu!!! On y retrouve tout ce dont nous avons besoin Femme de ménage passe le samedi est un point plus que ++ La propriété est très bien située par rapport aux villes à visiter et non loin des commerces. Besoin absolument d’une voiture. Un lieu idéal loin de l’agitation pour se ressourcer avec les chants des oiseaux et le bourdonnement des abeilles. Le jardin et la piscine ont été un bonheur pour les garçons. Ils se sont terriblement bien sentis et en sécurité. Maison sans vis à vis * matelas trop durs pour nos 4 petits gabarits 😋 Propriétaire très réceptif aux messages Nous y reviendrons sans aucun doute 👍 Encore Merci pour ce bien de qualité que vous nous proposé.

Maison de rêve

Nous avons apprécié cette très belle et grande maison de plain-pied avec grand jardin et piscine. Très calme (pas de voisin). Situé à environ 15 km de la côte sud de l'Algarve, et à environ égale distance de la côte Ouest d'une part, et de la frontière espagnole, d'autre-part, nous avons pu visiter toute l'Algarve pendant les 2 semaines de notre séjour. Nous avons apprécié le ménage et le changement des draps réalisés rapidement par une femme de ménage le samedi matin et les petites attentions (vase de fleurs fraîches, décorations sur les lits...etc.) La propriétaire, Elodie, contactée par téléphone, s'est montré très gentille et disponible pour répondre (en français) à nos quelques petites questions. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour dans cette belle maison idéalement située au coeur de l'Algarve.
