Quinta Boliqueime by Portucasa

Quinta Boliqueime is an attractively restored farmhouse surrounded by a very nice, large outdoor area. The new owners have decorated the house with much cosiness and taste and the outside area is very attractive and cheerful. The house has a nicely decorated private terrace with lounge set and outdoor dining table, and a balcony. There is a spacious swimming pool (11x4m, up to 2m. deep) with a spacious sun terrace and garden. There are many sunbeds scattered around the pool. To the left of the large pool is a large terrace with a dining table and the traditional Portuguese barbecue and to the right is another large dining table on the terrace.

Surroundings Quinta Boliqueime

Quinta Boliqueime is a detached vacation home, centrally located in the Algarve and easily accessible. It is located in a rural area called Benfarras, where many orange and lemon trees grow and in a small agglomeration with a few other houses, about half an hour drive from the airport. Within walking distance is a nice traditional restaurant and 3 km is the village of Boliqueime with 2 large supermarkets and a few restaurants. There are several bicycle and hiking trails in the immediate vicinity. You are within a fifteen minute drive on the beaches between Olhos de Água and Vilamoura. Several golf courses are within reach. Loulé with its monumental market and old fun center and restaurants is 15 minutes drive away.

Layout

Through a lockable entrance gate you enter the courtyard. You can park your car on private property.

Entrance through your own patio to the spacious kitchen with a large dining table. Adjacent is the cozy living room with a wood stove. From the living room you have access to a beautiful thatched terrace with dining table and lounge sofas, overlooking the pool. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms: 2 with 2 single beds and a shared bathroom and 1 master bedroom with bathroom en-suite. This room has a separate dressing room and beautiful views over the pool and orange plantations. The bedrooms have air conditioning.
