All beds , mattresses , pillows , linen (high hotel quality) towels , couch , tv , kitchen utensils , crockery etc purchased Brand new within the last 12 months.

Downstairs on entrance is separate WC (with shower) which services the bedroom on the ground floor. This bedroom has air con.Beds are two single which can form double or kept as single. Floor length mirror & built in wardrobes with plenty of hangers.

Kitchen - all new utensils, microwave , Nespresso coffee machine, Smeg kettle and toaster. Hob , oven and grill. Kitchen is bright with window and leads on to the dining area. also accessed through the entrance hall.

Dining / living area as seen - new comfortable couch and arm chair servicing 6-8 people.
Outside dining table and chairs (6 pax) with coal bbq , outdoor shower , pool , couch and 4 sunbeds. No a/c

Upstairs family bathroom with shower and two sinks.
Second bedroom (air con)dual aspect leading on to covered balcony (with couch and table). This terrace is shared with master bedroom. Fitted wardrobe with many hangers and full length mirror. Beds can be double or separate twin.

Master bedroom small entrance hallway which leads into the en suite (bath and shower) and twin sinks. The master bedroom has a flat screen tv on the wall (new) and a dressing table with chairs at the plug socket.
This is a super bright generous size master which leads out on to the covered terrace mentioned above. A/c in this room.

There is a safe and built in wardrobes in the entrance hallway to the room.
