Welcome to your unique Algarve Quinta in the serene Barrocal countryside, complete with sea views and total privacy!



This exceptional 8-bedroom retreat blends a romantic windmill bedroom with 7 in the main house, 2 pools, tennis court, games room and ample outdoor spaces—ideal for families or groups craving nature and tranquillity near summer attractions. Picture yourself playing tennis, lounging by the sea-view pool, or gathering under pergolas after countryside hikes.



Step inside to eight air-conditioned bedrooms and private/shared bathrooms: windmill double en-suite; ground floor a double and 2 twins, all en-suite; first floor four more (a double and a twin, both en-suite, and two low-ceiling twins with sharing ground floor bathroom). *The low ceiling bedrooms are more suitable for children or people who are not very tall because the ceiling is lower on one side. The bathroom shared by these rooms is on the ground floor, at the bottom of the stairs.



Two living rooms one with cable TV/fireplace and the other with a dining area, fully equipped kitchen (with dual fridges) and fast Wi-Fi complete the comforts, plus service WCs indoors/outdoors.

A great villa for a big group

A great villa for a big group. The whole terrain is big with everything one could ask for like pools (the big one has a great view), tennis/basketball court and game room. Bedrooms are big and nice, the one in the windmill a bit more 'rustic' but very romantic. Only downside was the kitchen which is not super well equipped for large groups and the dishwasher had some problems. When we contacted the renter about this they came by the next morning, which is great, but the problem came back later and it just doesn't clean that well. But if you have dinners outside with the BBQ you will be just fine and everything else was super!

Extremely private villa with lots of activities!

Seashell rentals were very easy to deal with. The villa itself was perfect for a group of 12. The pool has incredible views and the house was well equipped. There is a tennis court, table tennis and a pool table which gave us hours of entertainment. I would highly recommend this villa. A hire car isn't actually necessary as Ubers were very easy and cheap ~15-22 euros to Villamoura/Albufeira

Good sized villa, with lots of rooms and space for big groups. A little disappointed that the pool was not heated. Besides of that it was a pity that weather conditions were not that good. But overall we had pleasant vacation.

O espaço é amplo, com uma grande área verde perfeita para relaxar. A sala de jogos com bilhar, ténis de mesa e outros jogos proporcionou noites descontraídas. A quinta dispõe de 16 camas confortáveis, distribuídas em quartos duplos — ideal para grupos grandes. A cozinha, embora pequena, é bem equipada. Recebemos um kit útil com esponja, detergente, pastilhas para a máquina de lavar louça e cápsulas para a máquina de lavar roupa. O moinho renovado é encantador, perfeito para duas pessoas. Muito acolhedor e cheio de charme! Recomendamos e esperamos voltar!

Le Portugal en hiver

Location à recommander. Endroit superbe et bien aménagé pour de grands groupes. Tout confort. Beaucoup de possibilités pour les enfants. Salle de jeu et terrain de sports au top. Les piscines sont merveilleuses. Inconvenients : en hiver les séjours et salle à manger ne sont pas chauffés. La cuisine est pratique et très bien équipée mais, pour nous, il manque un presse agrumes grande capacité ainsi qu'un percolateur. A part nos soucis d'eau et d'eau chaude il n'y a rien à redire.
