Entrance hall through private enclosed courtyard. Stairs to two ensuite bedrooms and lower lobby with access to garden. 3rd bedroom via 2nd lobby with desk area and dressing room. All bedrooms have access to the pool area from their own patio doors via a terrace overlooking the beautiful gardens. 1 bedroom is in a separate guest room with ensuite, own kitchenette and family bbq area, accessed via terrace or lounge and pool area.
Guest access
All of the Vacation Villa, pool area, terrace and gardens. There is a separate maintenance 1 bed cottage at the end of the garden with decking area and 1 bedroom/lounge and outdoor, presently occupied by the owner on hand to help with trip ideas or general knowledge about the area.
Other things to note
The Villa is a Quinta, a 200 year old renovated house known as Quinta do Padeiro, meaning Bakers Farmhouse. It boasts the remains of an old bread oven. Designated to bake bread for the church, it is signified by a dated cross, etched into the plaster work of a huge chimney.
