Nous avons appréciés le personnel et service de l'accueil. Nous déplorons l'état de la chambre et sa salle de bain (odeur d'urine). Nous avons eu le sentiment d'entrer dans une chambre de personne incontinente d'un Ehpad. Le petit est une vraie catastrophe (le lait est semblable à de l'eau colorée blanc) et trop peu de produits proposés et/ou alors insipide. Nous ne recommandons pas cet établissement

Très bon accueil, chambre clair et propre avec un très bon matelas. Fenêtre donnant sur la rue, dès 06:00 du matin un ballet ininterrompu de camions de livraison et d’autocars perturbent la fin du sommeil. Le personnel est top. L’hôtel est proche de la grotte (600m). Petit déjeuner correct, repas simple sans possibilité de choix.
