It is located within the grounds of a beautiful residence and a family farm that produces hazelnuts, thus offering a warm, wooded and calm environment. 1h30 from Paris and 15km from Orléans, you can enjoy the Orléans forest and its many hikes, the Loire by bike and especially its majestic Castles. On the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a large living room with dining room and lounge (47m²).
On the first floor, 3 bedrooms each with a 160 cm double bed, including a bed that can be separated into two 80 cm single beds. Bathroom and separate toilet.
A pleasant enclosed garden, outdoor tables and chairs, barbecue and arbor in summer, pétanque/molkky pitch.

ALL CHARGES INCLUDED: water, electricity. Sheets and towels provided. Beds made on arrival.
