A great fisherman’s retreat, with two well stocked lakes, in a quiet location.. 3 steps to entrance.

Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (2ft 6in) Beds
Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Electric central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Front garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Coarse fishing on-site. Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking. Please note: Sorry, no children. There are 3 steps in the garden. There is deep open water on-site.. Situated at the end of the lane, Alvingham Fishing Lakes offers a lovely quiet location that is ideal for fisherman to enjoy. Two fishing lakes with the nearest just 10 metres from your accommodation offer unrestricted fishing with the well stocked lakes offering common mirror grass and crucian carp as well as roach, rudd, bream and tench. Nearby Manby has a supermarket as well as pub serving food and drink with the Wolds town of Louth which offers plenty of amenities for everyone also just 4 miles away.
For days out, the sandy beaches of the east coast are 10 miles away with the traditional seaside resort of Mablethorpe 20 minutes’ drive for a day out on the seaside. There are many miles of good walks and cycle routes throughout the area with the nearby Lincolnshire Wolds very popular with cyclists and walkers. Beach 10 miles. Shops, pub and restaurant 4 miles.
