It measures 35 m2 and can accommodate up to 2 travelers. It comprises a lovely 15 m2 living room, a fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom, a shower room and a 6 m2 terrace. - A shared swimming pool, heated and open from 1st April to 30 October (opening dates non-contractual and subject to weather conditions) with cover and alarm. Access to the pool is via the owner's garden.
- A private 6 m2 terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Louvigny, in very pleasant surroundings. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
