The apartment comprises two rooms, each with sloping ceilings ranging from 110 to 255 cm in height and equipped with a French bed measuring 160 cm wide and 200 cm long.

The open kitchen comes with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine.
