1. Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited.
2. Kindly remove your shoes upon entering to maintain the cleanliness of the floors.
3. Respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM to be considerate to neighbors.
4. Parties or events require prior approval; otherwise, they are not allowed.
5. Guests are liable for any property damage during their stay.
6. Please tidy up shared spaces after use.
7. Furniture rearrangement is permitted but must be returned to their original positions.
8. Pets are not allowed.
9. Secure the property by locking all doors and windows when leaving.
10. Dispose of trash/compost in designated bins and recycle appropriately, per Waste Management Guidelines under kitchen sink.
11. Promptly report any issues or concerns.
12. Maximum occupancy must not exceed four people.
13. Adhere to specific instructions for appliances or amenities.
14. Guests must comply with local laws and regulations.
15. Respect check-in (3:00 PM) and checkout (11:00 AM) times.
16. White towels are not to be used for makeup removal and that there may be a fee for stained towels
