The space
Home has 4 levels. front Door entrance comes to Living room and the kitchen. your room is on 3rd level, which is partially half above Ground level. There are 3 bedrooms on first level which has other Airbnb guest.

4th level is a private room where I live with my wife. Each individual unit has Heat pumps installed so that it can used as per their comfort.

Front or back door depending on booking for upstairs Airbnb rooms.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights
Please put all towels in the bathroom shower area, Please don't leave them on bed or sofa.
Please ensure heat or AC is turned off, also please turn off all the lights.
Please text me upon leaving, this helps me get more time to manage my cleaning schedule with cleaners. I would really appreciate it.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

No smoking inside the house. Home has smoke detectors, If find smoking inside home, there will be a fine of $200.
Washer/Dryer available for stays 5 days or longer upon request. No additional guest stays without request otherwise or it will be $50 per individual.
No parties/ huge gatherings. Decorations not available to be taken or destroyed. Damage charges will be applied otherwise.
