This two-bedroom condo at The Cliff offers everything you need for a perfect
friends or family vacation. Balconies are all around, including each bedroom.


The condo's interior is bright, with updated furniture, bedding and walk-in showers all done in 2026. The living room features a large smart TV with cable.
The main living space, facing the ocean, features an open-concept design having large comfortable sofa and matching cushioned chairs. This space is open to the adjacent dining room with a design table with seating for six. This is next to the open and large
fully equipped kitchen. Sliding doors, just off the dining room and living room
room, lead to a large balcony with a seating area, perfect for breakfast,
yacht watching, or sunsets. (There is also a half bath off the living room)

Up to four guests (+ plus a baby in a crib) can comfortably sleep in this large
condo. The two bedrooms have televisions, private en-suite bathrooms and access to a
terrace through sliding doors. As 2026, both bathrooms have step in showers.




The master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom
with a step in the shower and 2 sinks, safe, and access to the balcony, There is a make up table in the master bedroom.

The guest bedroom has two twin mattresses that connect to a king bed, an en-suite bathroom with a step in shower, and access to the balcony.

While the property has access to a private beach in season, it is also a
3-minute walk to Mullet Bay, one of St. Martin's finest, and 5 minute drive to
Rouge or Long Bay Beaches. (Both of these beaches never see a crowd)

The Cliff has St. Martin’s newest and most scenic heated infinity pool. The sweeping views look out 30 miles towards Saba and St Kitts.


On The Cliff's property, you'll find palm trees and tropical greenery. Facing the Caribbean Sea at the edge of the cliff is a large table and chairs, perfect for happy hour snacks or a pre-dinner cocktails.


On the property is an indoor heated lap pool, a spa, and a private tennis court
that converts to pickleball with organized play 3 times a week. The Cliff boasts a professional, air-conditioned, fully equipped gym and yoga room facing the ocean.
