Welcome to Fourteen at Mullet Bay, the most exquisite and luxurious beachfront residence in St Maarten located directly on the famous Mullet beach and golf course.



As you enter this condo, the view from the stunning sitting room and the balcony to the white sandy beach, turquoise waters, and the neighboring islands of St Kitts and Nevis, and Saba will literally take your breath away.



Mullet beach is one of the most popular of the island. It is a reef protected spot and great for swimming and snorkelling. It provides some shade to the left of the beach. Sometimes in the year, it's a great surfing spot and the rest of the year, the water is as calm as a pool. It is also just a couple of minutes drive to one of the most photographed beach in the world, Maho beach also called Kerosene beach. It's also a short drive of 15 min to the french side capital, Marigot and 10 minutes to Simpson Bay.

stunning

Condo had a great location. Located minutes away from restaurants, bars, airport, etc. The view was amazing as well as the staff. There were several issues that impacted our stay. The cleanliness didn’t match the photos, as certain areas felt neglected. The toilet often didn’t flush properly, and it took days for maintenance to address the issue. The shower water never got hot, leaving us with uncomfortable lukewarm showers throughout our entire stay. We also reached out to the concierge for an accommodation but were told there was nothing they could do. Given these problems, we won’t be returning in the future.
