We had a wonderful stay at the Cliffs. The condo was spacious with beautiful water views. The balcony had a table and separate seating area-great for eating outside or just relaxing and enjoying the view.The people at the front desk were very helpful and check in was easy. There was a small mixup on when we were checking in so the condo was not fully cleaned when we arrived. The problem was quickly taken care of and everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with everything. Alan was very easy to get in touch with when we had a couple questions and he responded very quickly.The location of the condo is fantastic. You can easily walk to one beach with restaurants and umbrellas. There is a marina and restaurant area very close by. It was conveniently located for driving around the island-we visited Fort Louis, Friars Bay Beach and Orient Beach. It was also an easy drive to Maho Beach to watch the planes and into Simpson Bay.The pool area with the infinity pool makes it hard to want to leave to explore the rest of the island. Overall, it was a great week!

Great condo at great location in St. martin

Have been to St. Martin quite a few times. In recent years we have always tried to stsy at the Cliff in Cupecoy. Condos are expansive and well maintained with great views of the Caribbean sea. Large outdoor infinity pool, indoor long lap pool, exercise room, easy beach access and a great Bistro.

Amazing Condo

This is a beautiful condo on the 7th floor with amazing ocean front views. Easy to communicate with the host Alain. Can’t say enough about this beautiful complex. You have to see it to believe it Would rent there again
