Loved staying here at La Terrace. Great views, clean room, tv in bedroom and living room. Air conditioning mint. Big balcony, ice machine on every floor. Unfortunately we didn’t explore the pool. Great location. Staff fabulous. Price excellent. Will def stay here again!

I have stayed at the property the last 2 years. I like that it has a separate bedroom area and kitchen. The balcony is large but the property is actually across the street from the beach. The pool area is quiet with an amazing view of the beach and the airplanes flying into SXM. The staff is only at the front desk a limited amount of hours. They have laundry facilities in the basement which is great but check out time at 10am is too early

The housekeeping service was excellent. They cleaned the room and changed the sheets daily. The location is very good close to many restaurants, bars, shopping and a small supermarket. We had a problem with the TV and the kitchen light when we first checked in, the problems were taken care of right away. The room is a bit dated but everything was in working order. Would like to see some additional and better patio furniture. the wooden chairs on the patio were very uncomfortable.

The staff was excellent. The rooms need to be refreshed, clean but old. Some rooms had a musty smell. The pool lacked attention and the water turned green. There was outside maintenance work ongoing in the pool area with loud motors running on and off during the day. The location is excellent with walking distance to everything in Maho.

We had to cancel this trip of a lifetime for medical reasons and the property management would not respond to any requests for refund. Expedia reached out to them but they would NOT honor any requests for a refund nor our personnel emails requesting same. Very disappointing and sad.
