We are surrounded by trees, birds, farm animals, equestrian ranches, and yet near most well-known food store that you might shop at. Our location offers a peaceful and harmonious environment, excellent to meditate and reconnect with your inner self. Experience the joy of waking up to fresh air and the sounds of nature. Indulge in a restful night sleep not before enjoying the starry night.

Our 1/1 apartment is located on two acres of land with a large pond and the property is surrounded by a fence for your privacy and security. The private entrance to your apartment is paved, lit, and leads to a covered porch where your front door is located.

From the sitting area under the covered porch, you will have peace and quiet during the day and night. The perfect spot to lookout onto the trees and take in the sounds of nature. At times you will hear roosters crowing and if by luck the wandering Peacocks fly onto the grounds, be amazed by their beauty. People also enjoy ridding their horses on the trails that skirt the canal to the rear of the property.

Your room is furnished with a comfortable queen bed that will remotely elevate the feet and the head. Additionally, it can be set to also give a soft massage to provide a nice and restful night’s sleep, and an ottoman bed. When you wake you will be refreshed and ready to embrace a new day's adventures of the area. We can accommodate an infant and a child on request.

In the apartment there is a small kitchenette that includes all basic amenities from a toaster, dishes, utensils, drinking glasses, coffee cups, coffee maker with complementary coffee, refrigerator, and a microwave among other items.

A smart TV is in the bedroom with a variety of streaming services that you can used to help relax and pass the time. The apartment has central air conditioning and a bathroom that looks and feels opulent. The bathroom has towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and even a hairdryer.

Lastly, you will have your individual parking space that can accommodate a full-size pickup truck. For a small fee we can also accommodate a large horse trailer or similar for the duration of your stay. All you must do is let us know of the accommodation prior to your arrival.

The guests are encouraged to take advantage of the covered patio area that is just outside of the apartment. Guests can also enjoy the pond which houses a variety of fish and turtles that enjoy basking in the sun.

In our property, there is also an attached home where a family resides. Rest assures that the separation between the house and the apartment provides privacy for both guests and residents.

To ensure the safety and security of our guests, the entire property is equipped with 24/7 video surveillance (No cameras inside the apartment). The entry gate to the property is also equipped with an electronic entry gate. This added measure provides peace of mind throughout your stay, allowing you to fully enjoy your time here.

We take pride in highlighting that our neighborhood is remarkably safe. Our community has an established reputation for its secure environment, offering a peaceful and discomfort free experience for our valued guests.

We are family oriented and very much people persons, but to maintain ethical and professional boundaries, we prefer to interact with the guests through the App unless an emergency arises that requires an in-person solution.

We are located in the Acreage, a safe and quiet rural neighborhood in Loxahatchee. We are bordered by the City of Westlake to the North, Wellington to the South, and Royal Palm Beach to the East. Most residential roads are unimproved gravel/dirt roads with the main thorofare being paved.

We are 8 minutes away from Lion Country Safari and the Wellington Polo Club. 25 minutes from the Tanger Outlets and Rapids Water Park. 30 minutes from Rosemary Square, The bay of Palm Beach and Lake Worth Beach. Surrounding our location as a variety of animal wildlife sanctuaries.

This property was incredibly clean! The hosts have thought of every detail. Very close to equestrian properties. My only gripe is the neighbors’ rooster who woke me repeatedly both nights. The hosts likely have zero control over this, though.
