The gourmet kitchen has upgraded appliances with beautiful finishes, including river stone solid surface countertops and a large walk-in pantry. Inviting fireplaces in both the living and family rooms. Wonderful built-in outdoor pool with automatic cover. Dual-zone AC, built-in wine cooler, and convenient multi-room speaker system. The home includes a Reverse Osmosis water filtration system, fruit trees, and lots of privacy. 54 solar panels make this a green vacation! also solar water heat to reduce need for gas heated water a carbon neutral stay!
