Whatever you do, do not stay here. It is absolutely appalling. The WiFi does not work at all, my sink was completely broken, TV didn’t work, and worst of all I’m pretty sure there were bed bugs, honestly shocking. I only stayed for two nights and mentioned all of this to staff the first morning and absolutely nothing was done and they even refused to give me any sort of refund at all for this. It was gross and the staff were incredibly unhelpful and unfriendly, save yourself the stress and find anywhere else to stay but here!

No heater and was very cold. Staff excellent, location excellent, bed excellent, breakfast ok. Had to leave the hotel because they could not solve the heater issue.

The location of the hotel was excellent and it is a new hotel. Unfortnately, the hotel did not have a Gym.

Lovely Hotel

A lovely hotel in an excellent position close to the main street and night market and next door to the Tourist Office. Service, food & cleanliness were fine. The only possible downside - some of the rooms closest to the road do experience traffic noise at night and early morning but it's not really a problem unless you're a light sleeper as everyone seems to be in bed before midnight.

The hotel itself was great. The included airport pickup was terrible - I expected a taxi or mini van, but got the most decrepit tuk tuk imaginable. It was ancient and kept stalling on the way. I insisted on sitting in the cab, the air conditioning did not work.
