The service and staff were really kind and accomodating. However, the facilities were very outdated and not in the best condition. The mattress was uneven and uncomfortable. My bathroom did not have hot water, however after I brought it up to the staff, they were very helpful and brought a water heater to the room. The location is also very convenient and close to numerous sights
