Disliked: Cleanliness
The host canceled our reservation the day of the stay. I messaged him several times the day before and he did not respond. This put us in quite a bind as we were traveling and trying to find alternative housing to stay in when we got there later that day. We have a pet so we were limited in where we could stay. This was very frustrating and stressful. I definitely would not recommend this property or this host. He never even messaged or called with an apology or explanation.
