I’m one to not complain. But this room was so dirty the sheets had mascara and other orange and brown stains, boogers on the side table, old salsa on the desk, hair and candy cane pieces in the restroom and the toilet was still dirty. The walls were thin so you can hear snoring next door and the ppl above us being super loud and stomping. Staff was friendly tho on arrival and lint was clean and smelled amazing.

check in was great. when I walk in the room it stunk really bad. It smelt like BO or food that smelt like BO. I immediately walked out the room saw an attendant and asked for room freshener. she walked in the room to smell and she ays she thinks its food. she left and eventually brought a freshener. Two hours later my son went for a shower after started drying off he noticed that his towel is dirty. My son dried off with a used towel. So disgusting. I am so upset about this. I went to the desk and they gave me new clean towel to replace the dirty one. No Happy at all.

Bed sheets were ALL stained and I had to change my self twice. Shower was not cleaned, floors not vacuumed, and shower towels has stains and hairs on them. Never staying here again! Very disappointed!!

Do not stay here.. I had to because I booked and paid before I seen it in person huge mistake and it was non refundable. The hotel smells clean but room was dirty the stairs well was dirty the breakfast dishes were dirty and appliances were dirty the staff in the kitchen even looked dirty and housekeeping was unprofessional dressing in clothes showing there ass cracks. My room was dusty the restroom was dirty shower had hard water stains so make it look nasty my toilet had pee all over it so I had to clean it because it was late when I got to my room. I don’t recommend at all.

Room was not really cleaned, it looked like it was just picked up to get by. One of the elevators was full of some type of dirt that was swept off to a corner. There was visible trash in both elevators, especially where the door slides open and close. House keeping was knocking on our door before check out asking what time we were leaving. Then they proceeded to try and open the door, if it wasn’t for the latch at the top they would’ve been able to come in. Someone should really walk through after “cleaning” is done to make sure it’s right.
