Flawless so far! Parking was so easy, check in was super easy, friendly staff, room is clean and smells clean. Very close to shopping and restaurants! Will stay here again, for sure!

Accommodating

My wife stayed in a very clean and comfortable room. The manager Virginia went above and beyond with helping us get a clean and an affordable room. The entire staff are very personable, my mother-in-law was in the UMC hospital for almost two weeks, and the hotel staff were very accommodating without having to change rooms each time my wife had to prolong her stay due to my mother-in-law not being discharged. Breakfast was always fresh and there was plenty for guests without anyone having to wait.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay at this facility. The room was very spacious. I especially liked that the bathroom was away from the bedroom. The living area and kitchenette were very accommodating. The staff was extremely friendly. I will definitely stay here again!

I am sooo grateful and impressed with the welcome and service I received upon my very late (11:00pm) arrival after a very long day of unexpected travel. My son’s car broke down on the way back to Texas Tech from Dallas/Plano and I had to come straight from work to pick him up (& his friend) to get them back to campus for the final stretch. I literally had only the clothes I was wearing when I arrived. The concierge greeted me warmly and when I asked for a toothbrush she disappeared and returned with a complete care package with everything I could need! (Toothbrush & paste, soaps & shamp/cond which were also in the room), comb, water bottle, snacks, chocolate… I was/am beyond grateful! Great job! The room was open and roomy and well designed for space and comfort. I’m about to go have breakfast, another great perk! THANK YOU! (only 4 stars on location cuz it’s a highway… which is convenient & perfect proximity to campus but nothing to look at and walking is not possible, which is fine, but not 5 stars…)

This was a great stay! The rooms were clean and spacious, the beds were comfortable and the location is ideal if you’re visiting someone who lives close to campus. The only downside was the breakfast, there wasn’t a lot of options for protein. All they had was eggs but I expected maybe bacon or sausage. Besides that, I would stay here again!

Leave your worries behind

It is our home away from home. Have family living in Lubbock and we visit at least 4 times a year. We always stay here. Virginia, the manager and her staff are so welcoming! No matter what our needs may be they do what ever it takes to accommodate us. We have stayed at may other hotels in Lubbock through the years, and found this hotel to be our favorite
