Nice trip

It was very nice to arrive, check in, then relax in our room. We were very tired. We fell asleep quite quickly without feeling jittery from travel. The shower was a bit difficult to figure out, but we managed it successfully. It was fairly quiet. The bed was clean and inviting. All in all I would give the property a 7 out of 10 rating.

This property does not honor handicapped accommodation reservations. My 82 year old dad had to stay in a regular room on the 4th floor at the very end of the hall after I had requested a handicap room. Staff was uncaring and not helpful at all!

While the room was clean and the hotel is pet-friendly, there are several issues that shouldn’t be overlooked. The walls are full of holes and smudges, the bathroom had patches of Sheetrock missing, and there aren’t enough outlets (our refrigerator was actually plugged into the lamp). The breakfast is disappointing and not at all filling; biscuits with cream gravy and eggs don’t cut it, there’s no meat option. On top of that, if you book through a third party, don’t expect any help from the hotel staff. They refuse to answer questions directly and will just push you back to Expedia or whoever you booked through. For the price, these things should be addressed.

Best kept secret

The hotel is nice & clean. The cleaning staff cleans the rooms every day, without your request like lost hotels post covid. Feels classy & the rooms are big. The hotel staff are friendly & professional. Plenty of parking & in a good area.

I have stayed here multiple times but started to notice wear an tear this time. The faucet handles did not work well and the AC was having a hard time keeping the room cold. The room was clean and staff was friendly.

We have stayed at this property multiple times, but it is showing its age (water damaged walls in the bathroom, rust around the tub drain, etc.) and was not very clean (dirty floors in the rooms and common areas).

Good Value

Just here for the weekend to get kiddo ready for fall not to hangout at the hotel. It had all the basic necessities. The room itself had been updated, it was clean. Compared to what Lubbock has to offer, this is a good value.
