Summary:
Welcome to Fremont House, our charming 3-bedroom, 2 bath home in the heart of south Lubbock! This cozy retreat is perfect for families or groups of friends looking to experience comfort and convenience. This home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living area, and a spacious backyard. Whether you're visiting to cheer on the Red Raiders or to see the sights of the city, Fremont House has something for everyone.
The Space:
Upon entering, a welcoming living space awaits you. A large sofa provides a comfortable place to relax and watch TV or socialize. The couch is large enough to allow an extra guest to sleep, if needed. You are also welcome to access any of the streaming channels on this TV with your own accounts. Just don't forget to log out before you depart! There is a fireplace in the living room but it is not usable at this time.
The master bedroom has a comfortable king-sized bed, an en-suite bathroom, and plenty of storage space for your belongings. The second and third bedrooms have a queen bed in each with their own closet. All rooms have fresh bedding and pillows. For those that sleep on the cool side, there are also extra throw blankets available.
There are two bathrooms in this home, making getting ready in the morning a breeze. Both bathrooms feature a convenient tub/shower combo with vanities, offering flexibility for everyone's preferences. There is plenty of shampoo and body wash for our guests to use as well as a hair dryer for added convenience. There are also plenty of towels, hand towels, and wash cloths for your stay.
The kitchen is stocked with everything you should need to prepare a meal or enjoy take-out from one of Lubbock's many restaurants. The adjoining dining table will seat 4-6 guests so that you can enjoy your meals or play a game together.
Step outside and discover the large backyard, perfect for kids to play or for a relaxing afternoon in the Texas sunshine. A tree swing is located in the back corner that is guaranteed to be fun! There is also a local park just down the street with a playground area and a walking track around it.
This home is equipped with a washer/dryer just behind the kitchen.
Parking for this property is allowed in the garage, driveway and the street.
We can't wait to host you at Fremont House! We do require an electronic rental agreement to book this property. You must be in good standing to book with us and have positive rental history and reviews. We do not rent to local Lubbock residents. Please reach out with any questions or concerns.
Early Check-In & Late Check-Out (Subject to Availability) Early check-in and late check-out MAY be available for an additional fee of $20.00 per hour, for up to 2 hours. Early check-in: Payment must be submitted before 12:00 PM on the day of arrival. Late check-out: Payment must be submitted no later than 10:00 PM on the evening before departure.
Parties and events are strictly prohibited at this property. If there is any violation to this policy, a fee of $500 will be charged immediately.
This property is not pet friendly so please plan of leaving your furry friends at home. The owner has severe pet allergies so there will not be any exceptions to this policy and a fee of $250 will be automatically applied if you are caught in violation of this. If you have a service animal, proof of registration is required BEFORE you book.
We supply freshly laundered linens, bedding, and towels for all of our guests. We also supply paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, and hand soap for a short 2-3 day stay. Long-term stays will need to replenish latter items at their own expense.
Although often there will be a variety of condiments, such as coffee, etc., we cannot guarantee what will be available.

Lubbock is a large city and has poor public transportation options. It is recommended that you have your own vehicle, although Uber and Lyft are alternative options.

Parties are strictly prohibited and any violation of this rule will result in an immediate $500 fee.
This property is not pet friendly so please plan on making other arrangements for your pets. There will not be any exceptions made to this rule and any violations will be charged an immediate $250 fee. Service animals will be required to show proof of registration BEFORE booking.
Host-Initiated Cancellation Policy
While we make every effort to honor all confirmed reservations, there may be rare instances where cancellation is necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
In the event that we must cancel your reservation, the following terms apply:
Full Refund: Guests will receive a 100% refund of any payments made toward the reservation.
No Additional Liability: Our responsibility is limited strictly to the refund of monies paid. We are not liable for any additional costs incurred by the guest as a result of the cancellation, including but not limited to alternative accommodations, transportation, or other travel-related expenses.
Best Efforts to Assist: In the event of a cancellation, we will make reasonable efforts to offer alternative accommodations within our property network, if available, but we cannot guarantee availability or rates.
Force Majeure Clause: We reserve the right to cancel the reservation due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to property damage, utility failures, natural disasters, or changes in local regulations that affect short-term rentals.
Sale of Property: In the event the property is sold prior to your scheduled stay and the new owner does not wish to honor existing bookings, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation. A full refund of any payments made will be issued, but we are not liable for securing alternative accommodations or covering additional expenses.
Removal from Rental Market: We reserve the right to cancel reservations if the property is permanently or temporarily removed from the short-term rental market for any reason. Should this occur, a full refund will be issued, and no further compensation or liability will be assumed.
