This property is in need of some major renovations. The carpet in our room had some major stains that can not be shampooed out. Our room at times smelled like a backed up sewer line. If you need a cheap place to stay for a night, not a bad option.

Downhill

Will never stay there again. Only one ice machine working. Drapes in room hanging down and hair dryer barely on wall. Clerk promised help with tv problem but never came and front desk line busy for full hour. 8:00 AM Saturday breakfast gravy and sausage but no biscuits or eggs. Attendant no where to be found with many waiting. Had to go to front desk. Later when key card didn’t work there was no one there with folks waiting to check in for several minutes. Coffee service in room had coffee but no cups, sugar or cream. Bathroom facilities very uncomfortable and shower slick as glass. Have stayed there several times before and been satisfactory but no more. Way understaffed and needs much work.

Had to reschedule my stay due to weather and appointment. They were great to work with and upon arrival, the evening staff was courteous and informative of current hotel status and what was available and when I had a problem with the room heat it was taken care of asap. The continental breakfast was great, and the staff kept the dining room clean and well stocked even though there were not many guests that morning. If I am back in Lubbock, I will try to reserve a room there again. Thank You!!!

My 6 year old daughter was attacked by fire ants all around the indoor pool. The ceiling above the pool was covered in black mold. The water in the hot tub was green. After swimming went to bath my kids in the room and we had no hot water at all, only cold so they weren’t able to bathe. Sheets were dirty, toilet lid would slam down on it’s own. Multiple times my key card wouldn’t work for our room or the pool area. The breakfast and staff were good though.
