We stayed for 2 nights. We always stayed at hiltons specifically homewood suites. But this time our experience was horrible. Room heater is not working. I called front desk twice , they said it’s just the battery and left. We freeze to death 54 F with cool air blowing with my little children crying . Addition to that with a water heater is not working as well. Door is not closing but they fix it. Manager said she will look on it and she never did. I don’t or never post negative things but this time it’s disappointed us.

Breakfast items were initially dry but when the server replaced them they were nice and fresh. It did take a long time for fresh food to be put out. The rooms were clean and fresh. It is an older hotel so bathroom fixtures were aged and you could see doors and floor borders etc were very beat up. But despite the evedenc forage everything was ver clean and linens were fresh.
