The staff was super accommodating after the gas explosion on the Texas Tech campus. I had to quickly find my daughter a place to stay for the night and being that she is only 18 I was worried. This will be my place to stay when I visit Lubbock in the future.

Great Hotel

Great room and we loved the West Table restaurant. Access and parking worked well. The ONLY issue was the internet based TV service that was terrible with no local news to follow a local explosion on campus nor live sports during the Big 12 tournament. Great stay overall!!!

Our stay at the Pioneer Pocket Hotel was great! Check in and out was very easy. The room was very nice and the bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve slept on in a while. The location was within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again.

The room was clean. The make out couch in suit was uncomfortable. The fact that there was no room service. Very little parking space or front desk was strange. My experience bad at all, just very different.
