It was disappointing. I chose this hotel because it was supposed to be near the airport, but it was actually quite far, and there was nothing in the area. I had to use DoorDash for food and walk half a mile to reach a gas station. My car was in storage since I was leaving the country for six months. There was a soda vending machine that took my money without dispensing a drink. When I informed the staff, they said it wasn't their responsibility, as the machine belonged to someone else. I decided to settle for ice water, but found there was no ice machine. Eventually, the staff did give me some ice from their personal supply, which was appreciated—hence, two stars instead of one. However, I had to ask for it; it wasn't offered. Additionally, the mattress had a plastic cover under the sheet, which felt unsettling—like staying in a nursing home. Overall, I would not recommend this place, even for the price. The owners need to take at least some responsibility for the amenities. At a minimum, there should be working vending machines and an ICE machine.

Cheap Motel

Cheap, dingy hotel. Room was hot when we entered, because the AC was off. Took 2 hours to cool down. Friend did not sleep well.

We chose to stay at the Scottish Inn because I waited too long to book anywhere to stay for my daughter’s graduation. The reviews all said that it was clean so I took a chance. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was much closer to campus and my daughter’s house in Tech Terrace than I thought it would be. For the price, I thought it was a great value and I would not hesitate to stay there again. Thank you!

While the manager was nice, the room did not seem all that clean although the sheets and surfaces, other than the carpet, seemed to be fairly clean. The carpet, sheets, bedspread, and lighting needed to be replaced eons ago. The water was warm but not hot. Seemed to be a sketchy area, was loud at night with motorcycles and drunks, and multiple police cars had detained someone right next to the hotel as I left for the airport at 5am. I won’t be staying again, but if you had nowhere else to stay or couldn’t afford more, I would do.

You get what you pay for. Fri night and last minute room. Most in town rooms shot up to 200 for night. Went cheap and of course got cheap. Had cpl other places were 45/50$. This one was 85$, sorry but not worth 85$. If i had known quality of this place i would've chosen 45$ because thats about what i got staying here. I won't go into details. You go cheap you get cheap, cant expect royalty.
