This location is a guesthouse but with full privacy. Quiet seclusion full of relaxing amenities. The kitchen was stocked completely. It was nice to have access to cleaning supplies as well.

Their little apartment was super clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed…even different types of coffee and coffee creamer. I have never seen so many towels available to guests! Of course we didn’t need them all but impressive nonetheless! The location was close to where we needed to be.

We came to Lubbock to move my DD in a new place. Th VRBO place was clean and had the amenities we needed for our short stay. We did not use the hot tub. A hot tub in summertime did not seem inviting, but I’m sure it’ll be great in the Fall. Checkin and checkout was easy and the host was easily accessible through messaging. The place was quiet being located behind a main house. The neighborhood street in which it is located is not great. Many surrounding rundown and dilapidated homes and overgrown areas. We were concerned about safety upon arrival and leaving our vehicle parked at the curb each night. We are glad we brought our old vehicle. All was fine though and no issues.

Spring Break Getaway

My daughter and I stayed for a few nights and had a great time. The rental was cute and perfect for the two of us. It was super clean and we felt safe & comfortable. We will definitely be back when we come visit for college visits.

Red Raider stay

It’s a quaint and quiet place that is beautifully decorated and near the TTU campus. Even though it is behind a main house it is very private. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Recommend this place if you need a place for a short stay.

Clean and Peaceful

I stayed here for five days while my son attended Red Raider Orientation and Camp. This place was clean, peaceful and charming. I was able to get a lot of computer work done and relax the rest of the time. Highly recommend.

Best Bang for you Buck

We had a great stay. You can’t beat this place for the price. The owners were so responsive and took great care of us. My wife is sensitive to fragrances and they removed all items with scents for us and rinsed the sheets an extra time for us. Great customer service!

Cute Hide away

This is a very clean place to stay. It is hidden behind the main property and has good privacy. They were very easy to communicate with also. I stay in Lubbock a couple of times a year visiting my son and it is always fun, nice get away.
