This exclusive penthouse holiday apartment in a promenade villa is located right in the heart of the new BeachBay holiday resort in Travemünde on the Baltic coast of Schleswig-Holstein. From the roof terrace of the holiday apartment you can enjoy a fantastic view over the harbour, the Trave and the Baltic Sea.



You can enjoy the summer on the large terrace and catch glimpses of the Scandinavian ferries passing by. Enjoy a beautiful view of the Trave with the gabled houses of Travemünde in the background, the Trave estuary, the Baltic Sea and the sailing ship "Passat".



The penthouse is stylish, high-quality and modernly furnished. A special highlight is the bathroom, your personal small wellness area with sauna, whirlpool and steam bath with integrated double rain shower. This bathroom can be accessed through the second bedroom. The feel-good programme continues in the living area, as the flickering flames of the fireplace bathe the room in a particularly cosy light. The sofa can be converted into two comfortable sleeping areas in a few simple steps.



Of course, the holiday apartment at BeachBay is also equipped with a modern entertainment system including Blu-Ray, music system and TV. Coffee lovers will find a Nespresso machine in the kitchen (please bring your own capsules), as well as a thermos jug and hand filter for brewing your own coffee if you prefer the classic filter coffee.



All registered holiday guests of this NOVASOL property receive one free entry to the swimming pool of the a-ja in Travemünde per stay. When using this offer, the one-off return journey on the ferry across the River Trave is included (only in conjunction with admission to the swimming pool). You will receive more information with your hire documents or from the service staff on site.



The BeachBay offers you both gastronomic variety and countless leisure activities. You will find restaurants and shops in the market hall. The Ahoi by Steffen Henssler restaurant is located directly on the waterfront, while other bars, cafés and an ice cream parlour on the promenade round off the offer. The Priwall is an approximately three kilometre long peninsula between the Baltic Sea and the Trave in the east of Schleswig-Holstein and has belonged to Lübeck since 1226. Beach fun, swimming, water sports and adventure right on the doorstep of your holiday home.

Wir hatten eine Penthouse Wohnung mit Meerblick. Die Wohnung an sich war sehr schön. Die Qualität der Ausstattung ließ an manchen Stellen zu wünschen übrig. Z. B. die Armaturen am Whirlpool, die Tische waren wackelig. Am schlimmsten war die Sauberkeit der Betten. Bei unserer Ankunft, befanden sich Schmutz Haare und gelbe Flecken auf dem Bettzeug. Nach unserer Reklamation wurde das Problem sofort behoben. Des weiteren hatten 3 Tage ganz selten warmes Wasser. Der Baulärm unter dem Schlafzimmer ab 7 Uhr hat auch nicht gerade zu unserer Erholung beigetragen. Für den Preis von 1600 Euro für 6 Tage, hätten wir etwas bessere Qualität erwartet. Der Ausblick auf den Hafen hat uns über einiges hinwegsehen lassen.

Räume und Infrastruktur waren sehr gut. Der Blick auf die Trave und die Einkäufsmöglichkeiten liessen keine Wünsche offen.
