Die Mitarbeiterinnen am Empfang sind super freundlich. Gut fand ich die Lösung fĂŒr die SchlĂŒssel (Transponder) und die Möglichkeit in der Tiefgarage zu parken, dadurch kurze Wege zum Appartment im Trockenen. Auch die TĂŒröffner sind super, wenn man mit GepĂ€ck im Haus unterwegs ist.

Die Lage des Hauses gegenĂŒber dem Godewindpark ist hervorragend, die Wege zu Strand und Einkauf angemessen.. Der Fensehton ist miserabel, die Dusche hat etwas unangenehm gerochen (kann eventuell an der Sommerwetterlage liegen). Gesamteindruck: .Gut.
