In Berry, at the Foulquetière leisure park, 20 minutes from Beauval Zoo, this large house overlooking the lake, with its private enclosed garden, optional 6-person spa, and very spacious living area, is an ideal place for a stay in the Indre region or for getting together with friends or family.

Bonus features: heating included in the price. Fully equipped cottage. Playground and swimming area 25 meters away, and fishing available on-site for a day (€5). The Bas-Berry train line passes nearby. On the ground floor: a beautiful entrance hall, a large living room with a dining area, lounge with fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet, a shower room with a walk-in shower, a bedroom (with three 90cm beds or one 180cm bed and one 90cm bed), a bedroom with a bunk bed, a bedroom with a 140cm bed, a laundry room, and a veranda with a spa overlooking the lake.

On the first floor: a large landing (one single bed and a sofa bed), two bedrooms (one with three single beds or one with a king-size bed and one with a single bed), and a shower room with toilet.

Private enclosed grounds of 4,000 m² with barbecue and griddle. Firewood is provided, and heating is included in the price.

Maison agréable et pratique. Matériel parfois un peu vieillissant: lave vaisselle, grille pain, mobilier de jardin, lave linge. Lac à 100 m de la maison: baignade agréable et super feu d’artifice le 14 juillet!
