Located in Berry, on the La Foulquetière leisure center, 20 minutes from Beauval ZooParc, this large house with a view of the lake, its private enclosed garden, its optional 6-person spa, and its spacious living room is an ideal place for a stay in Indre or for a get-together with friends or family.

Plus points: heating included in the price. Fully equipped cottage. Playground and swimming area 25 meters away, and day fishing (€5) available on site. The Bas-Berry train runs nearby. On the ground floor: a beautiful entrance hall, a large living room with a dining area, a lounge, and a fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen. A separate toilet, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a bedroom (three 90cm beds or one 180cm bed and one 90cm bed), a bedroom with a bunk bed, and a bedroom (one 140cm bed), a laundry room, and a veranda with a spa overlooking the lake.

On the 1st floor: large landing (one 90cm bed and one sofa bed), 2 bedrooms (three 90cm beds or one 180cm bed and one 90cm bed), and a bathroom with toilet.

Maison agréable et pratique. Matériel parfois un peu vieillissant: lave vaisselle, grille pain, mobilier de jardin, lave linge. Lac à 100 m de la maison: baignade agréable et super feu d’artifice le 14 juillet!
