Villa Clara 20 is located 2 km (1 mi) from San Concordio Di Moriano, Italy and only 8 km (5 mi) from Lucca in the tourist area "Lucca And Surroundings". Villa Clara 20 is a nice holiday rental (600 sq m) with WiFi internet, private pool and air conditioning. The property can sleep up to 20 people comfortably in ten bedrooms with nine bathrooms. What to Expect
Villa Clara is a typical 18th Century Manor villa with its own small formal park and chapel, at the centre of an estate with farmhouses where the farmers looking after the winery used to live. The rental of the property, together with the one of Casa Rosa, located on the same estate, offers the possibility for larger groups, up to 32 guests, to vacation together. The helpful caretakers live on the estate in a separate apartment and are available to arrange cooking services for their guests.
Upon arrival you’ll find a lovely clean well-maintained property perfect for a peaceful holiday in Tuscany. For your enjoyment you will find a private pool where you can relax while enjoying a nice cold beverage after a busy day of visiting museums.
