Dotata di due ampie camere, salottino, cucina e completata da due bagni confortevoli di cui uno mantiene gli stucchi e qualche arredo originario il tutto per 80 metri quadri. È possibile collegare questa struttura a quella contigua " Il Carmine Charme and Terrace" creando così un appartamento di 220 metri quadri 5 camere da letto 3 bagni doppia cucina, salotto terrazza e sala da pranzo capace di 14 posti, il tutto in un ambiente unico e con affacci sulla città mozzafiato.
