Cosy, comfortable country house "La Pergola", detached, built in 1888, renovated in 2021, surrounded by trees and fields. In the district of San Macario in Monte, outside the resort, 6 km from the centre of Lucca. Private: natural garden 1'000 m2, beautiful garden to relax, pond, swimming pool (above ground) with privacy (7 x 4 m, depth 120 - 120 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (slide, swing). In the house: WiFi, central heating system, washing machine, heating available only from 15.Nov. - 15.Apr.. Motor access (300 m via unmade road). Parking (for 3 cars). Grocery 1 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 450 m. Nearby attractions: Lucca 6 km, Pisa 25 km, Viareggio 20 km, Firenze 85 km. Please note: part of the house is closed and unoccupied. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house. The owner has a dog.
