Pleasant but price not justified

Clean, good sized room but sparsely furnished - and most do not have ceilings with exposed beams whereas the hotel photos suggest otherwise. Very nice foyer & dining/seating area. Not enough staff on for breakfast and too few breakfast items are set out, such that the need topping up too often - which is delayed as there is often only one member of staff trying to serve coffee. Latter sometime slow in coming and, on both mornings we were there, refills were not offered ( though may have been available on request, if slow in being served). Wi-Fi acces is frustrating in not being user- friendly, regularly requiring reverification through an email link.
